The Brief
Shroom Kitchen is my side hustle. After leaving the big PR agencies of London, I travelled to many places but it was Argentina that inspired Shroom Kitchen. Launched as a new vegan pop-up on the south coast I needed brand identity, local hype, and prolonged audience engagement within a competitive local hospitality market.
